{You are My Sweetheart, Sweetheart}
This Valentine's layout features Momo from Peach Girl. It's sweet and and pink, but I'm not crazy about coloring of her face. It just came out a little too bright.

My Style is Fabulous
I loved the bold colors in this layout which features Ichihara Yuko from Xxxholic. I have to admit that I have grown to really like CLAMP's new art.

I'll Show You Fear in a Handful of Dust
This was the first in my 2007 series "The Wasteland", a series of layouts inspired by the T.S. Eliot poem and distopia anime. This layout features Lain from Serial Experiment Lain. I felt the haunting look of the image suited that part of the poem.

And still she cried, and still the world pursues
This was the second in my 2007 series "The Waste Land", a series of layouts inspired by the T.S. Eliot poem and distopia anime. This layout features Yin from "Darker Than Black", which is an anime I have not yet seen, but I am very interested in it. I hope to see it eventully. It wasn't easy finding images to use for this layout, but I am really pleased with it.

Unreal City
I could hardly do a series like this without including X/1999. This was the third in my 2007 series "The Waste Land", a series of layouts inspired by the T.S. Eliot poem and distopia anime. Kamui and Fuuma appear in this layout, with a lot of red, black, and white contrast. I didn't have much time over the summer for designing layouts, so this was up from early July until mid September. Oops.

Forgot the Cry of Gulls, and the Deep Seas Swell
This was the forth in my 2007 series "The Waste Land", a series of layouts inspired by the T.S. Eliot poem and distopia anime. Death Note wasn't my first choice, but the image seemed kind of perfect for the theme. 40 layouts... Wow. Alexiel.net has been around for a long time now. I hope I can do another 40.

This was the fifth in my 2007 series "The Waste Land", a series of layouts inspired by the T.S. Eliot poem and distopia anime. Although I can't seem to find a copy of this layout, it was probably my favorite in the whole series. It featured Re-L Mayer from the series "Ergo Proxy" and it was grey, blue, black, and white. I am really disappointed that I can't find a copy.
